For the Sunshine Week initiative we created a custom learning management system to assist in gamification of it's initiatives for open government.
This custom app we built for them leveraged both Facebook and Twitter in order to maximize outreach capabilities. The app was built using Ruby and the customer reported it was a resounding success in spreading it's open government initiatives throughout communities.
